Murder at the Milton (2027 Release)

A Cape Henlopen Mystery

Paul and Ross, still recovering from their last brush with small-town murder, find themselves once again drawn into a mystery

Opening night at the historic Milton Theatre is meant to be a triumph: a sold-out house, local press, and the Sussex County Light Opera Company launching its premiere season with The Pirates of Penzance. But when a prominent local figure collapses onstage mid-performance, the final curtain falls on something far darker than comic opera.

With the help of their well-meaning but perpetually off-target friend from the Lewes Police Department and their neighbors Frank and Betty, clues emerge from backstage whispers, rehearsal gossip, and a cast whose smiles conceal long-held grudges.

Steeped in coastal Delaware charm and the second Cape Henlopen Mystery, Murder at the Milton blends theater, community politics, and amateur sleuthing into a sly whodunit where the show must go on
