After helping solve two local murders, Paul and Ross hoped opening The Bookery, their bookstore and bakery in downtown Lewes, would finally give them the quiet small-town life they'd been chasing.
The grand opening of The Bookery was supposed to be about fresh pastries, good books, and welcoming the community. Instead, Paul and Ross unlocked the front door to find the town's beloved priest dead inside.
As the sleepy resort town buzzes with rumor and speculation, Paul and Ross soon learn that the priest's life was far more complicated than his public reputation suggested.
With help from their perpetually enthusiastic (but not always helpful) friend at the Lewes Police Department, along with neighbors Frank and Betty, they find themselves navigating parish politics, old rivalries, and enough local gossip to fill an entire bookshelf.
Set amid the charm, quirks, and colorful personalities of coastal Delaware, Body at The Bookery is the third Cape Henlopen Mystery—a warm, witty whodunit where murder is bad for business, but curiosity is impossible to resist.
